About Tiffany
My Why
As a former military spouse, I spent years rebuilding through constant transitions while working alongside mission-driven teams in healthcare, transition services, and human performance.
I spent years helping others prioritize resilience, wellness, and readiness while slowly becoming disconnected from my own body and well-being.
Then I found CliftonStrengths®. II realized that human performance optimization is about more than pushing through or performing at a high level. Real well-being requires hope, trust, compassion, connection, and stability.
CliftonStrengths® changed my life because it gave me a common language for something I had spent years trying to understand: why I think, feel, and behave the way I do—and why others think, feel, and behave differently. It helped me communicate the value I bring, better understand the value others bring, and move from asking, “What’s wrong with me?” to asking, “What’s strong with me—and how can I use it?”
That language became a path forward—not only for understanding myself, but for helping others name, claim, and aim what is already strong within them.
So, what do you get when you combine a Master of Public Health, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, and a yoga teacher?
An entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to the human side of human performance optimization—and the foundation of Hello Strengths LLC.
My Identity Statement
When someone asks me, “What do you do?” or says, “Tell me about yourself,” my reply is my favorite identity statement:
🌷 I am a strengths-obsessed pathfinder!
It’s one of the identity statements I created using my knowledge of my Top 5 CliftonStrengths®. Input | Maximizer |Positivity | Learner | Strategic
My previous answer may have been: I am a mom, a military spouse, a school-based case manager, a clinical research coordinator, or “just” a stay-at-home mom.
But none of those titles fully explains who I am or how I operate.
By relying on titles alone, I was leaving out the unique value I bring into every space—the natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that, when intentionally developed and applied, can lead to near-perfect performance in specific situations and environments.
My titles tell you what I’ve done.
My strengths help tell you who I am when I’m doing it.
Hello, you’re having a human experience.
What are you passionate about?
