Our Story
Burpees, breakthroughs, and teamwork.
Fit & Confident was created from a shared belief: wellbeing should be protected — both at work and in life.
As a former military spouse Tiffany spent years rebuilding through constant transitions while working alongside mission-driven teams in healthcare, transition services, and human performance. She spent years helping others prioritize resilience, wellness, and readiness, while slowly becoming disconnected from her own body and well-being. Eventually, she realized that human performance optimization is about more than pushing through or performing at a high level. Real well-being requires hope, trust, compassion, connection, and stability. What do you get when you combine a Master of Public Health, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, and a yoga teacher? An entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to the human side of workplace well-being — the foundation of Hello Strengths LLC.
Kendall was the perfect fit to Tiffany’s confidence, helping bring “the body” to the mind-body connection necessary to do this meaningful work.
At the same time, Kendall was hearing a similar story through her work as a personal trainer. People were constantly communicating the stress, pressure, exhaustion, and overwhelm they were carrying from work into their everyday lives. Many were coming to movement not just to get physically stronger, but because they wanted to feel better mentally, have more energy, think more clearly, and handle workplace stress with greater confidence and resilience. She realized movement was about far more than exercise — it was about helping people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that support both mental and physical well-being.
Together, Tiffany and Kendall created Fit & Confident to bridge the gap between workplace wellness and well-being through the mind-body connection. By combining CliftonStrengths®, trauma-informed somatic yoga, and supportive strength training, they help people discover their strengths, reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and connection.
