Long before I could clearly name my talents, I practiced listening — to my breath, to my body, to the quiet wisdom underneath the noise. Yoga taught me that clarity doesn’t come from forcing answers. It comes from creating space.

Hello Yoga is a gentle vinyasa flow designed to help you welcome the sun — and clarity — back in. Through intentional movement and steady breath, we practice believing what we write in Journal Club: that we are capable, grounded, and strong.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You just need a willingness to move toward light.
