Join us for a mid-day moment of confidence, courage, and reflection.
This month’s Hello Journaling Club meets from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM at Brickmakers Café, Occoquan Regional Park — a cozy space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what’s right about you.
Our focus is compassionate self-forgiveness: learning to meet yourself with awareness instead of judgment and using your strengths to name, claim, and aim confidence from within.
You’ll receive:
🪷 A guided journaling experience led by Tiffany A. Taylor, MPH — Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach
🌿 A journal and pen to make the practice your own
🌸 Fresh flowers to take home as a reminder of your strength and grace
